Customers are some of the most important people in business. They are not dependent
on us; we are dependent on them.
Customers are never interruptions of our work; they are the purpose of it.
Customers do us a favor when they come in. We aren't doing any favors by waiting on them.
Customers come to us with their needs and wants. It is our job to fill them.

- Get everyone off the premises immediately. Don't stop to turn off light switches or appliances - just get outside!
- Turn off the gas supply using the shut-off valve on the propane tank or cylinder.
- Use your neighbor's phone and call us immediately.
- Stay outside; leave the gas off.
- Have our trained service person re-light your gas appliances and equipment.
